Sailing at Glencoe Boat Club
We have previously run Community Sailing at Glencoe Boat Club under RYA guidelines and are affiliated to RYA Scotland.
We have several Toppers, a Laser Pico, RS Quba and Feva (this latter currently out of action) and Topaz Omega we bought from Lochaber Yacht Club in 2025 to replace our ailing Wayfarer.
We also have a rescue boat with outboard engine and range of safety equipment (e.g. wetsuits and PFDs) in various sizes.
Opportunities to crew and gain experience on larger sail and power boats can also be arranged.
Musters for sail and power boats have also been returning to our Calendar since 2024 after a gap following the COVID 19 pandemic, along with regular Wednesday night summer sailing and some racing including the 2026 Glencoe Regatta revival.
